I'd open it about 430, 5 am to catch the work crowd, sell coffee, donuts, fruit, and breakfast sandwich's. Maybe, I would do a lite lunch thing, like a "box lunch to go" also. Then close at 2pm, and take a nap. (This town really needs a donut shop, and at one time, I really was jazzed about doing this very thing. I had a corner picked out, right across the street from a big Catholic church, and about four block from the Courthouse. But, they built a "strip-mall" there. )

It would be fun to have a business where i could trap all of the scammers and cons in cyberspace and make them pay very dearly for their malicious practise. Like the idea of a coffee shop though, the rates that Starbucks charge would guarantee a substansial income even on a small scale.
